GENERAL CLEANING:
Residential Services: Bedroom/Living Area: All carpet vacuumed including upstairs, Mop floors, Dust furniture, Dust picture frames, Make beds (change sheets if requested), Tidy room appearance, Clean mirrors, Remove cobwebs, wipe window sills, vacuum couches, light switches, wipe down leather couches, Empty garbage.
Bathrooms: Tiled walls and bathtubs cleaned and disinfected, Shower and shower doors cleaned and disinfected, Mirrors cleaned and shined, Sink, counters, and toilets cleaned and disinfected, Floors mopped and disinfected Wipe down outside of cabinets, General dusting, Remove cobwebs, Empty garbage.
Kitchen/Dining Room: Sinks, counter tops cleaned and disinfected, Chrome shined, Clean refrigerator exterior, Outside of range hood cleaned, Top and front of stove cleaned, clean back splash, Clean microwave, Clean table, Vacuum and mop floors, Remove cobwebs, Empty garbage.
***WE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE IN OUR GENERAL CLEANINGS****
REFRIGERATOR (INTERIOR ONLY) $40, CABINETS (EXTERIOR) $35-$50, OVEN ($40), BASEBOARDS WASHING ($50-$75) and DEEP CLEANING (We need to see the home, apartment or commercial space to determine the price).
**WE DO NOT CLEAN TV SCREENS, COMPUTER MONITORS, WALLS, BLINDS, VENTS, DOORS OR DISHWASHER INTERIORS. ALSO, WE DO NOT ORGANIZE. ANYTHING EXTRA NOT INCLUDED ON THIS LIST WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.****
MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT CLEANING:
Bedrooms/Living Areas: All carpet and floors vacuum, mop floors, clean mirrors, remove cobwebs, wipe down window sills, clean inside of windows, clean baseboards around the apartment, light switches, empty garbage.
Bathrooms: Tiles wall and bathtub cleaned and disinfected, shower and shower doors cleaned and disinfected, mirrors cleaned and shined, sink, counters and toilets cleaned and disinfected, floors moped and disinfected, wipe inside and outside of cabinets as well as medicine cabinets, inside window and window sills, general dusting, remove cobs and empty garbage.
Kitchen/Dining Room: Sink and counter tops cleaned and disinfected, chromed shined, cleaned refrigerator interior and exterior, outside of the range hood, stove exterior top and front, clean microwave, inside and outside of cabinets, back splash, clean window sill and inside of window, sweep and mop floors, empty garbage.
Additional $40 for the oven
A deep cleaning charge for labor intensive jobs

WE DONT WASH WALLS, REMOVE PAINT FROM SURFACES OR FLOORS, CLEAN BLINDS, VENTS OR DOORS, INTERIOR OF THE DISHWASHER OR CLEAN FURNITURE.
